My intentions for this week

Well last week I had the intention to make a new video for my 100 challenge. Just as I was about to start recording I received a very unexpected phone call from someone who I had not spoken to in many months. There had been some things set in motion that was the catalyst for the phone call and while it was in a very negative place when the conversation started, so many questions were answered by the time we were through. Misunderstandings and misperceptions are the worst thing for healthy communication between two people and it really saddens me that this happens at times. However, so much healing came from it. Up until that moment I really was unaware of just how much anger I was still holding onto because of things that had happened.
Healing From Heartache

I’m trying to heal from this heartache. I had been very good for a while, more than a month. It had started to feel like I had actually started the healing process and now I’m stuck in the mire of this crap again. For the last 24 hours I have been hiding under the covers in various parts of my apartment. Partly because the roofers were here again today and partly because I don’t want to deal with anyone. It’s been days since I’ve written in my gratitude journal. Days since I’ve meditated, and days since I’ve done any practices to attract my manifestations. Then I wonder why my life feels like it’s at a stand still.
New Gifts

Last night I had sent an email over to one of my clients just to show him the new shoes I had picked out to replace the ones I had to exchange. That email prompted him to buy me two additional pairs of shoes.This was a pleasant surprise and it gives me something to look forward to receiving this week 
. See so now this continues my 7 week gift streak and it’s absolutely wonderful.
