Headaches Can Suck

Wow sometimes I get headaches for days on end. It usually has to do with how the weather is outside and it’s been rainy for weeks here in the North East. I woke up this afternoon with a headache despite having the air conditioner on and I really can see how it affects my thinking when I’m not feeling well. My headaches have been plaguing me all week and it’s taking it’s toll. I also think that there is some PMS going on but ultimately, headaches are bad.. lol

Knowing That I Am Worthy

A bunch of emotions came bubbling up to the surface this week. It’s on the heels of feeling really excited about the person I am seeing and excited about moving and seeing that some of the dust is getting unsettled and there might be a few nasty things lying under the surface that need to be addressed. One of my dreams today really showed me how I was feeling about the whole matter.

Season 6 Day 60 – Back into alignment

After propelling myself too far ahead of my intentions I threw myself completely out of whack emotionally. So after a few days of being able to think everything through and talk to an online friend I’m feeling so much better now and am able to allow myself to be ok with my choices.
