Day 41 100 day challenge season 2

This video actually talks about the stuff I wrote about yesterday and just wanted to say a little bit more about everything. I am on day 41 already of the challenge and I’m just finally really getting into the swing of things for this season. But I’ve already seen manifestations :razz:

Declutter, clean house

The best way to instigate change in your life is to go through your surroundings and declutter everything. Clean house, get rid of stuff that is not serving any purpose anymore. Most of the time I find that when I am going through my house and cleaning that I am in a meditation of sorts. This is the kind of activity that does not require active thought and allows you to clear your mind to think over other things that are more pressing. Such as things that need to be worked out mentally and other things that need to be healed. It is very cathartic. I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now and it’s been very cleansing. So there has been a purging going on from the inside out. When you go through something like this literally and figuratively you start seeing what old patterns and beliefs and scars you hold that are not serving you and you start finding the ability to let them all fall to the wayside.

Every day I have been doing more, and more, and more, and sitting back waiting for the change. It wasn’t until I was finally finished symbolically that things happened. Somewhere along this 3 week journey I made the conscious decision to start “digging my ditches” and preparing my life for what’s next. Making the changes necessary for that preparation are what caused all of the changes to start occurring. Cleansing brings immediate change. It brings things to the forefront. It makes you realize what you are grateful for in your life and especially the stuff you are even more grateful for not being in your life. When you see the positive change that occurs from cleansing, it does everything to affirm that you are on the right path and nothing can shake it.

I’ve also lost some more weight, it’s been a very easy journey for me so far and I have a lot of faith in the method in which I am doing so. I’ve met my first check point and am on to my second and very excited about how much my body has changed in the very short amount of time I have been doing this. I look forward to also trying new methods to compliment what I am doing as far as taking the Alli and will be purchasing Paul McKenna’s stuff real soon because I’m amazed by the results people have had with his techniques.

My life is how I want it, and how I have created it. This has become more evident to me in the last week or so, in fact in the last 3 days from having learned, and grown and opened a little bit more.

Anyway, here are two videos for my day 39 update, they might be a little boring and mundane but it’s just me flowing about what I have been up to. Stay tuned…
