Taking steps to get ready to get into the 100 challenge

I talked in an earlier post how I was going to participate in this fabulous experiment the 100 day challenge started by the founders of cocreatingourreality.com. So I am sharing my first video which is a preamble to the first actual intro video for the challenge. I won’t have that one done until July 1 ont he official start of season 5.
