Preparing

I think it’s time that I start preparing for a new 100 day challenge. I have to make new vision boards, add more goals and refocus myself. I will have to start my gratitude journals again, start reading again as well. I’ve finally got everyone out of my life that would try to put me down. And let me tell you, they have tried very hard. No success.

I’ve got new insights into myself this time around. Definitely thinking about diversifying and stepping outside my box. Some things will have to be on hold until after the holidays but that’s ok because it’s all right around the corner. But I was told I would be offered an opportunity to travel(it was very specific), a day later I have been offered the exact opportunity to travel for work and I am seriously considering it. Of course who I would choose to work with would be very limited. There have been other ideas presented to me, and some that would have never crossed my mind in a million years. All very interesting to consider, and all very probable and readily available to me.

I am very happy and grateful (I know that’s hard to grasp) for all of the experience I have just gone through. I think as most of us know… if you do not have any negative experiences, you cannot learn to appreciate the good. So, it’s the same… if you deal with unloving people, they will teach you how to recognize and appreciate loving people. You can be very drawn to a particular situation and you can very falsely believe that it’s positive. Um, well you are in fact being led down the correct path, but it’s so that you can learn something. Never mistake the true intention of why you are being shown something. Often it is to show you the true nature of things. People very often try to mislead us by their words, while their actions contradict themselves. So always remember to pay the most attention to yourself.

On to other stuff… Today is the Pumpkin Festival. My brother is on his way up to spend the weekend because his new girlfriend is a Halloween freak lol. She’s dying to see all the pumpkins lining main street. They are predicting over 80,000 people for today’s event and hopefully over 29,000 pumpkins to break the Guiness’ Book World Record. I have to go to my mother’s house so that I can help out, lol it’s bound to be crazy trying to go up to her house. I’m definitely going to have to detour. Debating on whether or not I want to bring the cats with me for the night. It would be nice, my mother has not had any animals to pet since the dog died. I guess it will all depend on if the run and hide under the couch when I try to leave lol. Ok gotta go…
