Day 52 of 100 day challenge and what’s on the fore front

A few weeks ago I started a new blog. Blogs just seem to be my thing I guess. I always hated writing reports(managed to get out of writing term papers in H.S.) yet I find myself writing all the time now. I know my grammar is less than perfect and sometimes I misspell or completely type the wrong word all together. But, from what people tell me, they enjoy reading what I have to say. This goes for my blogs, message boards, and where ever else I happen to put my words down in writing.

Back to blogs. They are super easy to do. As I said, I run many. Lately I have been dabbling in a lot of regular mainstream types of stuff like plus size clothes and now into designer clothing and some money and profit building. My latest pet is the Hot-Designer-Clothes.com blog. Oooh, I get to sit here all day and browse through tons of designer products from all of the hottest designers and pick out the stuff I like and hopefully my surfers will like. I just LOVE fashion. It completely sucks that I live in a place where dressing the way I like to dress is so unfitting. But it’s something I am good at and know pretty well. Like a fish in water. I’ve also got my plus size clothing blog, again something that I really love to work on because it gives me the opportunity to seek out new and fresh plus size stores and designers. I love being on the forefront of it all. A lot of the places that I feature on It’sAPlusSizeWorld.com are sites that I found nearly 7 years ago when nobody knew of half of these sites. Of course now they have large popularity. I still do get all squishy inside when I find a new fashion resource though. So these and my many other projects keep me busy all the time.

I know with all of the drama I have been experiencing in the last month I have been lax on getting my journals done for the 100 day challenge. In fact, I haven’t really been too focused on the challenge itself. BUT, I have been doing many of the practices and finally getting myself into new practices to make this an even more powerful thing for me. So I cranked out a video talking about all the positive stuff so that I can get my focus off of the past events of weekend.

And lastly… about a week or so ago this girl Platinum hits me up. She’s always had many nice things to say about me in our community and industry, which I think is really cool. But I was treading cautiously because of acquaintances that she had because, I had business falling outs and/or personal falling outs in the past with those people. See I’m very cautious when it comes to business these days.

Anyway, we got to talking, find out she has nothing to do with those people anymore. Sweet. She’s telling me about how much she and Silky Angela like reading this blog here and would love to have me come on as a host on the radio show that they do. I’m was surprised because practically 3yrs. later my little brain child is asking me to come and be a part of it and contribute. I’m amped! The original radio show was my baby and it nearly got run into the ground by my original business partner. But as luck would have it, it changed hands and has been thriving ever since. Not only that, but it is now more like what I had originally envisioned it as. She’s running it as the kind of radio station that I saw it could be and I would be honored to host with them. So I can’t wait. I’ve got to discuss more of the details with them this week and see what my show is going to be all about. For now though… enjoy my video update for this week. Thanks and gnite!
